Villa Criscione in Camemi, open MayAugust.

Villa Criscione stands apart in southeastern Sicily for its working agricultural estate model—guests celebrate amidst active vineyards and olive groves rather than in a manicured resort setting.

Located on SP25 at Km 14.600 in Camemi, this 4.8-rated venue offers an authentic Sicilian experience where the landscape itself becomes part of your celebration.

The estate's terraced gardens and stone architecture reflect generations of family stewardship, creating an atmosphere rooted in place rather than designed fantasy.

Wedding venue. Not approate for big events with more than 100 people. They offered outside and inside buffet, not enough space to navigate trough the tables. No enough sitings. The indoor dining room quite small as well, not eboufh space to dance or have entertainment for wedding. Food was avarage. They organize double event in the same day, pushing you from a room to another to frew up space for the next costumer, taking off youe prosecco glass from your hands.

07 · Questions

Asked along the way.

What makes Villa Criscione different from other Sicilian venues?+

This is a functioning agricultural estate, not a converted hotel or purpose-built wedding facility. Guests experience the working rhythms of vineyards and olive cultivation, and can incorporate the estate's own wines into their celebration—a genuine farm-to-table element rarely offered at destination venues.

What is the nearest airport?+

Catania Fontanarossa Airport (CTA) is approximately 90km away, roughly 90 minutes by car. Comiso Airport (CIY) is closer at 60km, approximately 60 minutes away.

Can we host both ceremony and reception at the venue?+

Yes. The estate offers multiple spaces—terraced garden areas for ceremonies and covered pavilion and indoor hall spaces for receptions, with room for 20–150 guests depending on layout.

Is accommodation available on-site?+

Villa Criscione offers limited on-site guest rooms. For larger parties, nearby agriturismos and hotels in Camemi and surrounding towns provide additional lodging within 5–15km.

What is included in the venue rental?+

Contact the villa directly via http://www.villacriscione.com/ for current packages. Typical estate fees cover ceremony and reception space, tables, chairs, and basic setup; catering, florals, and wine selections are typically arranged separately.
