We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The sea view is absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What made our stay extra special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially TONI . He went above and beyond to help us. This level of care and hospitality is rare and truly unforgettable. Thank you so much, Toni, for your kindness and support. We felt very welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saranda. We will definitely come back again!

I stayed almost a week at Villa Kalcuni in the off-season and was treated like visiting royalty. The front desk manager, Tony, was genuine and friendly offering great local advice and even arranging a taxi to one of my bucket-list sites, Butrint. My room was extremely comfortable, with excellent linens and the softest pillows. I wanted to take one home! Alas it wouldn’t fit in my bag and I imagine stealing is frowned on even for visiting royalty. Lol. The views from my balcony-were perfect for watching the boats and the sea. Everyone on staff was kind and friendly. Eda was kind and friendly. She checked in with me daily about my breakfast preferences and set everything out on a lovely table overlooking the sea. The hotel grounds are small but charming, with green space, plants, flowers, and a few friendly hotel cats living outside. The location is ideal—close to the ferry, with beautiful views across the sea toward Saranda, and restaurants and a grocery store literally a one-minute walk away. While there is music nearby, it was mostly muted once I closed the balcony door and never bothered me. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center and promenade—close enough for easy access, but far enough to relax and truly enjoy the sea views. Villa Kalcuni is peaceful, comfortable, and genuinely lovely, with a staff that made my stay feel special. I highly recommend it—an easy 10+ experience.

We booked the family suite and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and felt very comfortable inside. The owners are very respectful and the service is excellent. Among the great features I can for sure say that this Vila is very safe, the parking too. The breakfast offers a very wide variety of things to choose from which is great. I totally recommend this place and for sure will go back again.
