The beds in the room were very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I really appreciated that. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the whole place smelled amazing, which added to the nice atmosphere. However, some of the reception staff were not very pleasant during their shifts. The phones in two of the rooms didn’t work, and the staff didn’t help with calling a taxi or assisting with getting our luggage from the car. That was disappointing for a hotel of this level.
