Built in 1962, Valis Resort and Spa began as a modest seaside hotel before undergoing extensive renovation to become a contemporary four-star destination.
Located on the Pelion coast near Agriá, the resort preserves its mid-century character while offering modern amenities across its 70-room property.
The venue commands panoramic Aegean views and direct beach access, creating a naturally stunning backdrop for ceremonies and receptions.
Not quite a 5-star hotel. It has many shortcomings. There is no beach, although from the photos in the presentation you might assume that the beach is next to the hotel. Not at all. The room is large and spacious, but poorly ventilated, with dampness and mold. I am allergic to mold, and I kept sneezing the whole time. In the bathroom, the sink faucet was broken, the bathtub had no plug, the jacuzzi system was dismantled and non-functional, and the entrance door was cracked. There was no terrace or balcony. In the hotel hallways, the air conditioning didn’t work, making it feel like a sauna! Breakfast was generous, but not very varied. Definitely more like a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star one!
