This is a very lovely hotel in a very accessible yet quiet town 50 min from Lisbon by bus. The room was very nice and the breakfast is excellent. Veronica at the front desk was very helpful when I had difficulty figuring out the light switches (which worked great) but are somewhat different than the US. She was also helpful when my universal plug broke and she informed me which electronics store to go to in the next town. I don't think she thought I would walk to and from Montijo but it made for a great walk and she was very welcoming and asked me about the walk. I would definitely return to this hotel. My only small suggestion for the hotel would be to add at least one USB port or charger in each room.
