The Two Travel team was outstanding and absolutely essential for our trip to Cartagena. We began working with them on building a robust itinerary, sharing our preferences for the vacation and then iterating based upon how we felt the recommendations were. After having a set itinerary, Alia, our primary concierge and the rest of the Two Travel team stayed in close contact throughout the entire vacation. Their constant communication helped us feel comfortable and confident in navigating the city, often helping answer small questions and making last minute edits to reservations/ activities. They also assisted in helping plan a surprise Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend, which was amazing and seamless (flower and chocolate delivery to the hotel). We can’t imagine coming to Colombia without the help of the Two Travel team, especially at the affordable price that was offered. Thank you team!!! We can’t wait to come back.
