Very, very, very beautiful place to stay near Alcamo/Scopello/Castelammare Del Golfo. This beautiful and antique building is around 140 years old and its a living museum. We stayed in the building (the room on the top floor) and it was very cozy to sleep and wake up with slow waves.

Yes. Civil or symbolic ceremonies can take place on the beach or in the on-site chapel (20 capacity). The main dining room accommodates 60; the covered ground-floor space fits 100. Civil ceremonies require authorization from the local mayor's office.
What's included in accommodation pricing?+
Rates cover 8 bedrooms (sleeping 22 total) and 5 bathrooms for three nights. June–September: €9,000; May and October: €8,000; April and November: €7,000; December–March: €6,000. Additional guests stay at nearby hotels 1–2 km away or in a separate villa in Scopello (sleeps 6).
Do you provide catering and bar services?+
Catering is external only; you arrange your own caterer. Music and entertainment extend until 1 a.m. standard, with late-night extensions available for an additional fee.
What's the booking process?+
Secure your date by signing a location agreement, providing a passport copy, and paying 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival. Venue inspections require advance appointment scheduling and a €100 inspection fee.
Is the venue accessible for guests with mobility concerns?+
