The staff really make this hotel special. From reception to housekeeping and the bar team, everyone was friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was also very quiet, with no noise from outside or within the hotel, and I enjoyed a lovely view of the church grounds.Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious, with staff again being kind and welcoming. The bar staff in particular stood out for their talent and professionalism. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much that The Ross has become the measuring stick that we measure other hotels against. Nice location with great restaurants and shopping nearby. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and this was a great launch point for our Ring of Kerry tour.

Great breakfast! They offer €10 continental breakfast or €16 full breakfast which were both superb (special mention to the warm scones and breakfast muffins). And shout out to the lovely breakfast staff! The hotel itself is clean, good location and offers free car parking (limited spots so could run out in peak seasons, but we had no problems in December).
