What a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. So well situated off the beaten path yet so close to everything you want and need. Truly friendly and helpful staff, elegantly appointed, great amenities including a fabulous internal onsen (public bath), well appointed rooms and an included breakfast buffet. Location could not be much better for those seeking a lovely morning (or anytime) run along the river. Great for couples. Adjacent to some lovely local cafes and restaurants and stores and easy walking access to many great restaurant, bars and entertainment. Just a delightful experience.
