We arrived about 2 hours and 30 minutes before check-in and were warmly assisted by the lobby staff as soon as we arrived. Although early check-in wasn’t available, we were invited to relax in the lounge while we waited. Shortly after 2:00 PM, a staff member approached us to let us know that our room was ready. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome snack—it was a lovely touch. Overall, we had an excellent stay. The outstanding service, clean facilities, and comfortable room made our experience memorable. Highly recommended!
