We’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time, but kept delaying because it felt impossible to capture just how perfect Chonlada and her team were in planning our wedding. Now, a few years later, we look back with even more gratitude — and our friends still tell us it was perhaps the most enjoyable wedding they’ve ever attended. The Bridal Planner Phuket was exceptional from start to finish, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, they helped us explore new venues we had in mind, including options outside the usual list, making sure we found a setting that truly reflected our style. With multiple events spread over a full week leading up to the wedding, we had a lot of moving parts — but they kept us organized, calm, and on track, managing every logistical detail with ease and patience. When it came to the ceremony and dinner, they created something truly picture-perfect. The décor, layout, timing, and overall flow were executed flawlessly. Every detail felt thoughtful, elegant, and deeply personal. Because we were in such capable hands, we were able to fully relax, enjoy our time with family and friends, and truly savour each moment. The team was present, kind, calm, and attentive not just to us but to all our guests — across multiple events and locations throughout Phuket. They consistently went above and beyond in ways we still appreciate to this day. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Chonlada and her team every single time.
