Tenuta di Casa Bruciata in Preggio, open May–August.
Tenuta di Casa Bruciata is a working hamlet in Umbria where the entire property—9 renovated apartments, grounds, and indoor spaces—becomes yours alone for the wedding weekend.
Unlike venues that share facilities, this exclusive-hire model means your guests stay on-site across 37 bed spaces, and all catering, ceremonies, and events happen within the same stone buildings and gardens.
The venue's historic architecture and full weather protection (indoor ceremony and dining options) make it reliable for spring and autumn weddings across Italy's three busiest airport regions.
From start to finish, Casa Bruicata was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but what truly made our wedding exceptional was Luigi and the entire team. Luigi was an incredible wedding coordinator, calm, organised, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our day. The whole team went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel so welcome. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting or a more dedicated team to trust with such a special day.

Asked along the way.
How many guests can stay on-site?+
The 9 apartments accommodate up to 37 guests total, including sofa beds and extra beds. For weddings larger than 37 guests, nearby accommodation options are available in the region.
Is the venue fully catered?+
Yes. Tenuta di Casa Bruciata provides all catering in-house. Other suppliers (florists, photographers, entertainment) come from a recommended vendor list vetted by the venue.
What if it rains?+
Both ceremony and dinner can move indoors. The historic stone buildings include covered spaces, and the Orangery is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Can we have a civil ceremony on-site?+
Symbolic ceremonies only. Civil ceremonies can be arranged in nearby towns at churches or town halls, typically 15–30 minutes away.
What's included in the quoted price?+
Exclusive hire of the entire hamlet, all 9 apartments, full board for guests, and use of ceremony and reception spaces. Pricing varies by season: €13,490–€15,490 (April, Oct, Nov) and €15,990–€17,990 (May–Sept) for 3–7 nights.
