As the owner of Black Isle Fitted Bedrooms, I had the privilege of fitting a second bedroom for Alison and Neil at their lovely guest house Strathgorm, Breakish, on the Isle of Skye. Alison and Neil very kindly accommodated us while we carried out the work, and just like last time a couple of years ago we absolutely loved our couple of nights stay. Alison and Neil are so friendly and accommodating that it felt more like a mini break than work. We were treated to amazing food including a full Sunday roast and breakfast every morning, soups and sandwiches for lunch and cups of tea and coffee throughout the day. At night we loved sitting down with Alison and Neil and just chatting away and having a good bleather and a cheeky wee beer 🍺 The rooms are spotless and the views are breathtaking 😍 Thank you once again Alison and Neil for your amazing hospitality.

If you visit Skye and looking for accommodation we'll you will not be disappointed. Allison and Neil will give you a warm welcome and make you feel at home. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and a great night's sleep. We had an early start the next morning to catch a ferry and did not want to disturb other guests and the owner with breakfast but Allison went and made us breakfast and we were not disappointed absolutely beautiful, very tasty and pippin hot. Can highly recommend staying at Stathgorm and hope to return again. Thank you Allison an Neil

We had a very amazing stay in this bed&breakfast and speaking of breakfast, Alison prepared sumptuous breakfast 🍳, we left totally full each morning 🙂. You can choose from a few variants for each day of your stay. We found in our room a curated list of recommendations👌🏼prepared by Alison and Neil. Both owners are friendly and polite 😌. Free toiletries are provided. We just had an issue with WiFi - it didn't work. Payment by card 💳 was possible. I can highly recommend this place for your stay.
