The staff is amazing! Everyone from the reception to the buffet staff is so sweet, kind and always available for any request! Supun in particular is super super kind and gentle! I’ve been here so many time, and they always meet my expectations. I loved the dinner buffet setup during Women's Day on March 8, 2026. Every time I stay here I always see improvements. Fully recommended!❤️

I stayed for one night on 14 January 2026 on a redemption booking, and the experience was truly outstanding. Dasuni from the reservations team took excellent care of my booking, and as a Titanium member, I was kindly upgraded to a spacious executive suite, a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise.
I arrived early in the morning at around 9:00 AM, and Sanduni gave me a very warm welcome. Sanduni kindly invited me to relax in the Club Lounge while the suite was being prepared and thoughtfully followed up with housekeeping. Thanks to her efforts, the room was ready by around 12 noon, which I really appreciated. The suite itself was beautifully designed, offering a calming panoramic view of the city skyline, streets, and the ocean, absolutely stunning.
As a Titanium member, breakfast was offered as a welcome gift. Breakfast at Colombo Kitchen featured an impressive variety of options, paired with consistently friendly and attentive service. I was especially grateful to Saman, Nimasha, Jithya, Enethra, Nadun, Navodya, Thenudi working in the F&B team, who took wonderful care of me from the moment I arrived until I left the restaurant.
A special mention goes to the Front Desk and F&B team in the lounge, Sandali, Yohan, Gayantha, Kaveen, Saminda chef, Ama Chef. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made every interaction feel special. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and making sure everything was perfect.
The Club Lounge on the 21st floor offered a great selection of hot and cold snacks, delicious desserts, and a breathtaking view. While the food and drinks were consistently excellent, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel both at home and genuinely valued as a guest.
As always, it was a fantastic stay, and I’m already looking forward to returning in January 2027.

Sheraton Colombo is one of the finest Marriott hotels in the city. The hotel is well located, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The rooms are elegant, clean, and provide a relaxing stay.
The staff are polite, attentive, and highly professional. Their warm attitude and efficient service made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay.
The food was excellent, with the dinner buffet being a highlight. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Sheraton Colombo for both business and leisure travelers.
