We had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La Chiang Mai. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. We would especially like to thank Chaow, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He always made us feel welcome and was more than happy to help us with everything we needed, including arranging our flight to Hua Hin. His outstanding service and warm attitude made our experience even more memorable. We highly recommend Shangri-La Chiang Mai and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Chaow, and the entire team, for an unforgettable stay!
