Rooms were clean, fully stocked, and the AC was perfect for the heat. The staff were the highlight — friendly, attentive, and full of energy. Tomas & Luis at the pool bar were amazing, great drinks, and amazing concoctions — highly recommend stopping by. Dauris from entertainment kept everyone engaged and having fun. Edouard, the personal trainer, kept the gym in perfect shape and was always available if you needed him. Only minor issue was the hot water, but nothing that ruined the experience. The staff truly make this place special.
