we spent a few nights there at the end of our trip. For this price, the villas are well-maintained and in a good location. Excellent food and service. There aren't many restaurants nearby because the area is still growing and will undoubtedly get busier in the future. The beach has nice sand, but there is a lot of trash, especially plastic, which comes from the sea during high tide. You can't lie down on the beach because no one cleans it, but there are beds in front of the Sempiak for house guest. Lombok is an island with 1000 mosques, it may be noisy overall, so be ready for a lot of prayers throughout the day.
