We just got back from our honeymoon at Secrets Tides Punta Cana and it was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed Preferred, which was 100% worth it — especially for the beach and pool access. Having those upgraded areas made everything feel more private and relaxing. We stayed in a Preferred Junior Suite Ocean View, and the room was beautiful. The location of the resort was also great — about 45 minutes from the airport, which made travel day easy without feeling too far away. Our butler, Milciades (“Micky”), was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make our stay special and seamless. We truly felt taken care of the entire time. The food was great, the staff was consistently kind and attentive, and the overall vibe of the resort was very relaxed and peaceful — exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. The beach was beautiful, and even the vendors were very respectful (a simple “no thank you” was all it took). Housekeeping was wonderful with fresh towels daily, the entire resort was kept very clean, and the noise level was never overwhelming — it felt calm and easy the whole time. If you’re looking for a laid-back, romantic getaway with amazing service, this is it. We would absolutely come back!
