Really nice hotel and great value for money. The location is excellent in Nusa Dua, with plenty of water sports activities nearby. The room included breakfast was fantastic and included tea or coffee, fresh juice, a fruit bowl, pastries, and a main meal from the menu. The food at the hotel was delicious, with generous portions and quick service. The resort has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room matched the photos, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the pool was great. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the breakfast and restaurant menus had limited options, which became noticeable during our three-night stay. Also, our room did not have an electric kettle even though it was listed on Booking.com, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel for its value, location, food, and excellent service.
