My husband and I came here immediately after our wedding in Italy to refresh and relax and it was absolutely magical from start to finish. The pictures do not do it justice. We were able to book a special package that included a couples massage, bottle of champagne by the pool, and a dinner at their restaurant. Everything was so luxurious- from picking the pillow you’d like for your room, poolside lunch delivery to the comfy bath robes (also, as an American who couldn’t bring a nice hair dryer, this was one of the highest quality hair dryers from any of the hotels we stayed, a small luxury). The spa and massage were wonderful- so peaceful and restorative. The grounds are STUNNING- we loved walking the vineyards and olive groves in the morning, and enjoying the view of Todi from the pool. Lastly, the restaurant was one of the best meals we had on our 2 week journey in Italy. I love to cook, frequent Michelin restaurants, and was blown away by the consistently amazing dishes. We ate there twice for dinner and once for lunch. I am still dreaming about the soft poached egg with tarragon and truffle and the carpaccio. Their wine was also top notch and shockingly cheap. The staff was particularly amazing as well, I forgot her name but the blonde woman with shorter hair was such a lovely and kind person. We hope to return to celebrate milestone anniversaries here because it was so special.
