We had a fantastic stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The check-in process was seamless. The host kindly stayed at the reception until midnight to greet us, and was very responsive on Booking.com, keeping in touch about our arrival time which really put us at ease. The room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. It was large, spacious, and equipped with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom area was equally impressive with a brilliant shower, and the whole space was quiet, allowing for a very restful stay. The bed was a highlight, a large, firm super king-sized bed that was incredibly comfortable. The staff were always friendly and available to answer any questions we had. A particularly thoughtful touch was when they left two umbrellas outside our door on the last day, just as it began to rain, a small gesture that showed how much they cared about our stay. The pool and surrounding sun lounger area were beautiful and made for a lovely place to relax during the day. Most of the time it was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding. On a few occasions it was used by small groups of local guests, but this didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment and atmosphere. The property is a beautiful and tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento, which was exactly what we were looking for. Within a 10-minute walk, there are supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants in both Piano and Sant’Agnello, making it really convenient. Overall, we were extremely happy with the cost of our stay. For the level of service, comfort, and convenience offered, it was excellent value for money. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Sorrento area and would definitely stay here again. Grazie Mille 🙏🏽❤️
