We recently hosted our wedding reception at Vale da Carva, and we truly couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. From the moment we first toured the venue, we knew it was something special. The setting is absolutely stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, unique Portuguese village vibe, and a romantic atmosphere that made every photo look perfect. Marta and the team were exceptional. They were responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. On the big day, everything ran seamlessly thanks to their coordination. We felt completely taken care of, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the moment. Our guests are still raving about the food, the ambiance, and how beautiful the space was. We can’t recommend Vale da Carva highly enough :)

Late spring (May–June) and early fall (September–October) offer the most reliable weather. Summer can be hot; winter is mild but rainy. The venue has covered areas as backup.
