I am writing this review solely because of the cooperation between Quinta de São Thiago and their exclusive vendor, Fashion Moments, which provided an extremely miserable and unprofessional service during our wedding planning. Unfortunately, Quinta de São Thiago was largely passive when we raised concerns about their vendor (Fashion Moments), using the exclusivity clause in an abusive way and showing no responsibility or interest in resolving the situation all together. Despite multiple attempts to communicate openly, we were mostly ignored. Our concerns about a bed bug issue at the venue from recent reviews, were also never addressed. In the end, only legal intervention allowed us to recover at least our down payment, yet it could not undo the six months of unnecessary stress and frustration caused by these companies’ lack of cooperation and customer care. After six months of trying to work with them in good faith, we were left without a wedding venue, resulting in significant losses for both us and our guests.
