From start to finish everything was perfect. Every encounter with an employee left us feeling valued. Always smiling, always greeting even if just passing by. Every need we had was met. We had our room upgraded complimentary due to the renovations. Anthony went above and beyond, more than we could have thought of! Arranged private airport shuttles, secondary accommodation covered due to renovations. The little pleasantry items left in the room between cleans and on arrival are a magic touch. This hotel experience truly made us feel like we were in a 5 star hotel. I could go on about the views overlooking the lake whilst you eat, the views from our room, the quality of the food. If you are tossing up between hotels or where to stay, this place is flawless. I highly recommend staying with QT. Once again a big shout out to Anthony for everything he did, can't wait to come back here on the next trip!
