Guests arrive at Prince Waikiki to find themselves steps from Waikiki Beach, with floor-to-ceiling views that frame the Pacific Ocean as your ceremony backdrop.
The hotel's 563 rooms and modern event spaces let you choreograph every moment—from cocktail hour on the lanai with Diamond Head views to an indoor reception that flows seamlessly into the tropical night.
Your guests will remember the walk through the lobby's open-air atrium and the sensation of ocean breezes during toasts.
My stay at the Prince Waikiki exceeded expectations in every way. I had an ocean view room that was beautifully appointed and incredibly peaceful. One of my favorite features was the floor-to-ceiling windows that open fully to the ocean. Waking up to that view and hearing the water each morning was unforgettable. The infinity pool was a highlight of the property. It’s the kind of place where you can sit for hours and simply watch the horizon. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is luxury calm. It never felt chaotic or overcrowded. What stood out most was the service. I spent about ten years working professionally in hospitality in roles including Director of Rooms, Director of Sales, and as a Task Force General Manager. Because of that background, I tend to notice operational details many guests might not. The team here consistently delivered. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the stay: complimentary reusable metal water bottles for each guest, refill stations, slippers, and robes provided in the room. Overall, the experience was memorable. The service, the view, and the calm atmosphere made this a standout stay. When I return to Oahu, the Prince Waikiki will absolutely be where I stay again. Mahalo nui loa for a wonderful stay.
