Penha Longa is situated in a beautiful area of Sintra. The rooms are really comfortable. The facilities are perfect and theres so many places to explore on the property itself. For me, the staff is the most memorable part.

Can we marry in the monastery chapel?+
Yes. The 14th-century monastery has its own chapel used for ceremonies, with the cloisters beside it for drinks afterwards. A Catholic ceremony needs the parish to agree and paperwork filed months ahead, so raise it at the first enquiry.
Can all our guests stay at the resort?+
There are 194 rooms and suites, which covers most guest lists in one place. Room blocks are negotiated inside the wedding contract. No public room minimum is published, and the banqueting office prices rooms and space together.
Does Penha Longa do exclusive use?+
