I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel and was very satisfied overall. The restaurant was excellent and the meals were really delicious. What made the experience truly special was the staff – everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you and big 5 stars to the reception team, especially Giorgia. She always had great suggestions and was there whenever I needed assistance. Her friendliness and professionalism made me feel very welcome from the first moment. Thanks to the whole team for making me feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again.
