The Pala, Villa Rose, Villa Marie and Villa Markisa share 21 bedrooms, a tennis court, a gym and a spa, and they interconnect, which is what makes this an event site rather than a holiday rental.
Villa Markisa is the wedding villa: three pools, a cliff lawn, and a capacity of about 100 on its own.

Villa Markisa is quoted for weddings of up to 100 guests. With the interconnecting estate grounds and their purpose-built event facilities open, the estate is quoted for up to 250, which is a high ceiling for a private property on the Bukit.
How many bedrooms are there, and who stays on site?+
The four villas hold 21 bedrooms between them, so the wedding party and close family sleep on the cliff and everyone else stays nearby. Ungasan, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran all sit within 20 to 30 minutes and carry the room volume a 150-guest list needs.
Is there an in-house wedding team?+
No. Pandawa is a villa estate, so you appoint a Bali wedding planner who brings catering, staging, sound, lighting and staff to the site. Budget for that production line separately; on a hotel site much of it is already in the per-head figure.
What does it cost to hold a wedding here?+
The estate is rented by the night, from roughly USD 1,556 for a single villa, with the wedding built on top by your planner. Planner listings show all-in packages for 50 guests at Villa Markisa; there is no published venue fee, so every figure is quoted per event.
How far is it from the airport?+
Ngurah Rai International (DPS) is about 40 minutes by car, roughly 22 km north. Pandawa sits on the southeast side of the Bukit, so the drive avoids the Uluwatu temple traffic that slows the western clifftops in the late afternoon.
What is the weather like on the cliff?+
Dry season runs April to October and is the wedding season. The cliff is exposed and afternoon wind is normal, so plan for weighted florals and a covered dinner option; a marquee on the estate lawn is the usual answer for a large seated dinner.
