From the very beginning of planning our 25 year vow renewal in Cabo, Paola Buendia created a sense of calm that carried me all the way through the celebration. The entire planning process was extremely organized. Timelines were clear, vendors were coordinated seamlessly, and every detail from design elements to ceremony flow was handled with intention. She anticipated needs before I even knew I had them. She was patient when I changed my mind, creative when I needed vision, and calmed my nerves when my emotions ran high. Because of her attention to timing and detail, nothing felt chaotic. On the day itself, I was completely present. I was calm. I experienced more joy than I ever thought possible. I didn’t worry about logistics or what was happening behind the scenes, I just soaked in every moment with Jake, our kids, and our friends and family. . Paola Buendia didn’t just execute an event. She took a dream that had been 25 years in the making and turned it into something even more meaningful than I imagined.
