I cannot express how much this stay was the crowning experience in a great trip to Portugal. I splurged and treated myself to a couple of nights. When I checked in early, expecting to just drop my luggage and not expecting my room to be ready, I was informed that not only was it ready, but I had been upgraded. I adored my suite and the views and the balcony. The staff was so sweet, helpful, and responsive. Breakfast made me feel like Eloise staying at the plaza and everything just felt classic and special. I will travel back to Lisbon just to stay here again in this beautiful place. Thank you for everything
