Perfect weekend! Original, cosy and in the heart of Thessaloniki. We were able to reach district "Ladadika", famous for its typical Greek bars, restaurants and clubs, in just a few minutes walking. We stayed for two nights and appreciated high level of hotel services and extreme kindness of all Staff, always smiling and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious with lots of sweet and salt varieties. Rooms were decorated with special artistic details, although they could have been a bit bigger, but for two nights it was fine. We had a problem with air conditioning display to turn on heating, but we called the reception and it was settled within couple of minutes. The room got so warm in few minutes, wonderful! We had another situation with lost&found matter. We forgot eyeglasses in the room so we called reception after check out to solve the problem. Receptionist Nikos, already known for his big smile, kindness and professionalism, assisted us throughout the procedure and helped us regain the lost item. We are truly thankful and we hope to stay again in this unique NYX Hotel.
