The property's dual environment eliminates the need for separate venue coordination between ceremony and reception locations.
Disappointing experience, mainly due to the room downgrade and lack of proper handling. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations. We were given a downgraded room that did not match what we had booked. We noticed this immediately and even showed photos from Booking to compare, but were told the correct rooms were fully booked. No compensation was offered, yet we still had to pay the full price, which felt very unfair. Another uncomfortable situation was when we said that my travelpartner and I were leaving at different times. We were asked many personal questions about this, which felt unnecessary and like an invasion of our privacy. The room itself was not comfortable, and the bed was poor quality and looked childish. While one of the female staff members was kind, the overall experience was not handled professionally. Overall, not a place we would recommend!
