The structure and the pools of the hotel are gorgeous and, in low season such as September, they are under crowded enough to be fully enjoyed. However, it's quite distant from the city which makes it pretty boring at night. The only way to reach to reach Naxos center is through taxy (40€ to go and return back) But the main complaint is related to the food; the almost complete lack of plant based options in 2024 is unacceptable and made it very hard for me to enjoy the vacation at best. Moreover, even if it's "all inclusive", some services like the Gym are 10€/HOUR, while usually they are simply free. Overall, the experience was positive but with some improvements needed.
