We went for a week with some friends. We were 4 adults and 5 children. The staff are really friendly and helpful, but other than that this isn't a place we are coming back to. The pool area is where we spent most of our time. It's a good setting to relax and enjoy fun water activities with the kids, but we unfortunately experienced 4 of us getting cuts on our feet when in the water due to pepples and glass shards. When we brought this to the lifeguards they said "you weren't wearing swimming shoes". That wasn't very reassuring. We know of at least 4 other people who also had cuts on their feet during our stay. I feel like this is a place that used to be excellent but now is in its final years of service. It's quite obvious when you spend a week there and notice the little things that are out of place. Such as not replacing tiles, but just filling their empty space with concrete.
