We stayed at the hotel for six nights and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, the breakfast is superb. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with an excellent shower. All the staff is incredibly kind and charming. A special mention goes to Pedro, the Guest Relations Manager, who truly goes above and beyond to help with anything needed. His walking tour through the streets of Lisbon surrounding the hotel is absolutely lovely and very informative
