We visited Hydra for three nights and absolutely loved our time at this small and charming hotel. Le Mistral has old world appeal and was impeccably clean and neat. Nikas was so helpful to us when our ferry was delayed on the Friday night from Athens and on Sunday when I needed a chemist. Nothing was too much trouble. The cakes at breakfast were delicious and I loved the location of the hotel as short walk from the port (no need for a donkeys). This is a family run place and our room was delightful, I was unwell during my stay (from Athens) but the staff made me feel I was at home. We even extended our trip to stay an extra night so I could recover and enjoy more of Hydra. I thought the whole place had a lot of charm and appeal, the staff also told us where to eat and best beaches to visit. I would return in a heart beat to stay here again.
