Yajaira gave amazing service! So lovely and attentive. 5/5! Resort was amazing! Great food, fun activities! The resort was beautiful. We upgraded to the Level. Loved the upgrade, the sushi, the drinks, the service. Only cons: the website was a bit misleading - we only got one free spa service not daily; I guess that is for more than 5 night stay. Same with the butler. The reviews and our experience is check in wasn’t very smooth and took a long time - The app didn’t work at all for anyone but so much relied on it working. We had to go back a few times to make reservations for dinners when we thought it would be covered easily. Loved that when we arrived we had access to a snack bar with champagne. Loved our private beach area. Workouts, Aqua fit, sound bath, and sunset yoga were fantastic. Overall I would recommend the resort - I would just give folks the heads up about the check in and bookings. Highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant. Room was gorgeous. Great water pressure. Comfortable bed with a selection of pillows. Lots of storage space. Lovely soaps and lotions. I found the air transit app super helpful such as our pick up times from the resort. The kids resort is next door and on the second last day some people kept bringing their spawn over to the adult only section - no thanks. The safes in the room are on the old card system so it’s important to ask for a card when you check in.

had an excellent experience at Otavio, and a big part of that was thanks to Ronny Belicea. From the moment we sat down, Ronny was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. What really stood out was his attitude — friendly without being intrusive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. It’s rare to find service that feels both relaxed and high-level at the same time. Ronny truly elevated the entire dining experience. If you visit Otavio, I highly recommend asking for him. You won’t be disappointed.

Andy Andy in moui has been the best waiter we’ve had all holiday! Amazing service, friendly, attentive and a lovely smile on his face. We look forward to coming back again. The food was also delicious! 10/10. Thanks for making our evening! Jazmin from the entertainment team has been great! Fantastic energy and makes the place feel welcoming.
