Medley Hotel occupies a restored 1920s Athenian mansion on Ag.
Dimitriou Street, originally built as a private residence during Greece's interwar period.
The building underwent comprehensive restoration in 2015, preserving its original neoclassical architecture while introducing contemporary hospitality infrastructure.
Today, it functions as a 4-star boutique hotel offering intimate wedding celebrations in the heart of Athens's historic Exarchia district.
We booked the Honeymoon suite last minute, as our previous hotel had cancelled. We were extremely happy we ended up at Medley. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and someone was available on reception 24 hours. It's located in a really quiet street, close to some lovely restaurants, as well as the ancient agora. The room was phenomenal, with lovely views, a great little hot tub and a terrace with a table. Really comfortable bed. I only wish there had been some storage drawers for shirts/socks/underwear, and a hook on the back of the bathroom door for the bath robes. We didn't try breakfast here, as they didn't have many vegan options, so we opted for the many places locally to have breakfast instead.
