The hotel is okay, the room is okay, I'm here on a business trip and that's okay. What was much better than okay was how well I was taking care of a check. The gentleman at the front desk named FLOYD, that man is pro. Gave me a beautiful corner room when I asked for a quiet location, gave me advice on what to have for dinner, really really super helpful friendly and hospitable. He is an obvious testament to the quality of your organization.
