The quality of service at this hotel is not up to standards given that it is a Tapestry. I have stayed here several times for work trips because it's the nicest in the area. The staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. On one trip, I had asked ot have my employer pay for the hotel in advance and no one at the front desk had ever heard of this happening, which is shocking to me since employers due this all the time. They told me it was impossible, and then proceeded to charge my card and my employers that it was booked with, and then it took over a month to refund my employer's card. So the next visit, I called a week in advance to ask someone to email an authorization form for my employer, which is a pretty standard practice, and no one knew how to handle this at the front desk. I called three times over the course of four days and sent two emails to various people who the front desk gave me. It's insane to me that a hotel could charge 791.00 per night and I can't get someone to figure out how to send me a form. The parking is also next door and separate of the hotel, which no one explained to me at the front desk, so I was charged by the hotel for parking, and through an app, and got a ticket, and then no one at the front desk knew how to fix this. The rooms are spacious, but the cleaning is sketchy. They don't clean the rooms during your stay. I had to request someone come and take my trash and then no one came, so I had to request at the front desk. The restaurant and bars are nice for drinks, and there's plenty of space to do work and have a drink if you need. It's always a very busy hotel. The food is mediocre and overpriced, so if you have a chance there's a cute street nearby with a ton of restaurants. I hope to have better experiences in the future and that they remedy their staff training and responsiveness.
