Room pictures not representative of actual rooms - Beware I would like to address a formal complaint regarding my latest stay at Maison No hotel Lyon on 7-8 January I booked a ‘standard room’ based on illustration pictures showing a room with a proper size window located next to bed. As there was also another room option so-called ’without Daylight’, I was confident that booking this one would let me enjoy a quite decent space with decent opening to the outside. However when I checked in I was allocated a room where the window was extremely small and located in an impossible place, at a remote and fully obstructed location in a side corner and very high up - making the room completely blind - see pictures I took I complained immediately to hotel staff but they told me they were full and unable to give me another room with proper window and daylight, even though I complained that the room did absolutely not reflect what I had booked.
