From the very moment I stepped into the reception, I was stunned by the view in front of me – the hotel’s location is more than perfect, offering breathtaking scenery in every direction. Striking beauty. The resort is designed with the guest’s comfort in mind – excellently distributed buildings, walkways, functional and spacious suites. I liked that guests have access to a private beach, a family pool with children, and an adults-only infinity pool. The gym is well-equipped and once again offers an amazing view. The restaurant offers a simple menu, but the food is tasty. My only remark is that the staff, who serve both the restaurant and the pools during the day, are not enough, and sometimes you have to look for a waiter to place an order. I believe the new management will solve this issue next season. I would specifically like to praise and thank Veselina, who offered us many different services and organized them for us. Thanks to her, we and many other guests took advantage of numerous opportunities, which made our holiday even more enjoyable and diverse. For me, she is the ideal guest relations manager – always checking how we are, whether we are satisfied with the service, if we need anything, and arranging it right away. Thanks also to the general manager, who gave personal attention to the guests and clearly supports his team. I fell in love with this resort and I highly recommend it.
