The hotel feels like it hasn't been renovated since the 80's. No elevator, AC does not function and there was a heatwave when I was there. The room did look clean. Far from the bordeaux city center and there is nothing to do in this area. The worst part was the receptionist Melanie! Who is an absolute bully! I was afraid for my safety so I went and booked another hotel instead of staying here as I was alone so I had to pay for two hotels on this vacation. Melanie was so unbelievably rude and unwelcoming! I still cannot believe how an establishment employ such a horrible person. My stay was mainly ruined by my encounter with Melanie. My recommendation is, stay away from this hotel/motel.
