We had the best experience here traveling abroad for the first time. The lady at the front desk (I unfortunately can’t remember her name) was so kind to us. She let us get checked in early after 15 hours of travel and was so accommodating. She printed a list of activities and places to see for us in English and was able to answer all of our questions. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! I wanted to thank her for her kindness before we left but we weren’t able to. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling from the US.

I’ve only been here for the spa, which is lovely - the perfect way to relax for a few hours. One thing that would make it better would be to have some products in the showers / changing rooms - conditioner, body lotion etc. And a better hairdryer!

the hotel looks nothing like the photos. rooms are very old, bathroom stinks and looks like someone has been murdered in it. Flies and ants everywhere. Doors dirty and also the floor. I am so disappointed. This place was recommended by Lonely Planet but I have also wrote to them. Such a pity as Mougins is such a nice place. Pool is ok but again not cleaned.
