The sheep live and eat in this beautiful place - how can they not produce amazing milk and cheese. Restaurant and staff are great. Cheese makers doing some interesting variations on things like “mozzarella” and puddings but made with sheep’s milk. Absolutely amazing and the views are spectacular!!!
