Celine is a warm and generous hostess, and she took every chance to make sure that we had a wonderful stay. The property is beautifully decorated and the room was immaculately clean. It felt luxurious, but also warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the personalised recommendations for local activities, and felt like we got an "insider's view" of the region. The spa was lovely, and we valued the privacy of our 45 minute session, compared to a hotel with a larger public spa. It is important to remember that you are staying in somebody's home and that the hostess manages the property herself, which I thing some of the other reviews may have forgotten. We visited in January, which was not a heavy tourist time, and enjoyed the privacy of sharing the home with only Celine and her family. I hope that she also enjoyed having us, and that we can make it back to see the gardens in bloom. Many thanks, Celine!
