Our family's recent visit to this hotel was far from the relaxing retreat we had anticipated. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that we couldn't access any of the hotel facilities due to a private event. This was a huge inconvenience as we were confined to just our room in the park.We stayed in the Family Tree House, which, while novel in concept, was impractical and uncomfortable. The setup includes two "rooms," but shockingly, one of them lacked access to water or a toilet. This forced our children to navigate across the tree house in the dark to reach the other room, posing a significant security risk.When we voiced our concerns to the hotel management, the owner initially seemed responsive, promising to meet us to resolve the issues. Unfortunately, they never followed through on this promise, and our complaints remained unaddressed.Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this hotel. The lack of basic amenities and the unfulfilled commitments by the management significantly marred our stay.
