Planning a destination wedding can feel stressful — especially when coordinating logistics and sending large payments from afar — but the entire team made us feel completely supported and confident throughout the process. I had my my wedding on 02/13 with 16 guest, I chose the boat wedding. Everything was amazing the wedding coordinator Agota I worked with was patient and amazing she help me through every steps since I was having a legal ceremony. The boat crew, DJ, wedding coordinator Heloise were all easy to work with. I enjoyed every minute of my wedding and will use them again in the future. Our experience hosting our wedding with La Barcaza Event Boat in Punta Cana was fantastic. We had a group of 22 people and chose the beach wedding option with Fisherman’s Grill for dinner and everything exceeded our expectations. We surprised our guests with the boat and beach wedding and they were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the setting was and how much fun they had. The atmosphere was unforgettable. We highly recommend adding the extra hour extension. Time truly flies when everyone is enjoying themselves and the extra hour was well worth it. We explored several venues and wedding options before deciding on our venue. Agota at La Barcaza was by far the best person to work with. Her communication was always prompt and professional, she was incredibly accommodating with all of our ideas and requests and she took the time to meet with us on two video calls to carefully go over every detail to ensure everything was exactly right. That level of care gave us so much confidence leading up to the big day. The entire boat staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely felt like part of the celebration which made the experience even more special for us and our guests. Based on our experience, we highly recommend La Barcaza to anyone looking to plan a creative, memorable and cost-effective wedding in Punta Cana. It was truly an unforgettable day. Dave & Christina
