We went to Killarney for Valentine’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful stay! 💕 When we arrived, we were surprised with a beautiful rose arrangement in our room, such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. From the very beginning, we received a very warm welcome. John, who kindly helped us with our luggage to the room, is such a lovely person with a kind heart. He truly made us feel at home. The reception staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And we have to give special thanks to the restaurant staff member, we arrived late for breakfast, and she was amazingly kind. She asked the kitchen to prepare something for us, and it was even more than we expected. That level of care and attention really meant a lot to us. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. 10/10 for the staff! We will definitely be back ❤️

We recently stayed at the Killarney Royal Townhouse for one night and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was just fabulous. The whole hotel has such a lovely, cosy atmosphere, it feels welcoming, warm, and beautifully maintained. Our room was amazing: comfortable, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. It made our stay feel like a real treat. We had lunch in the Fig restaurant and it was fab delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast the next morning was just as fantastic, with great choice and beautifully prepared dishes. A special mention to Joanne (I hope I have her name right!) who looked after us at lunch and again at breakfast. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, she really added to our experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Killarney Royal Townhouse. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The rooms were comfortable, well appointed, and the atmosphere felt both welcoming and refined. What truly made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service. A huge shoutout to John, the bellhop, who went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. He was friendly, helpful, and full of great local insight, and his warmth set the tone for our entire stay. People like John are what turn a great hotel into a memorable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Killarney Royal to anyone visiting Killarney.
