Food and Service Remarks: My compliments to the chef—the food was spectacular and presented fairly, though there is room for it to become exceptional. I believe the overall dining experience should match that level of expectation. Having dined at several five-Michelin-star restaurants, I feel the plating could be further refined. In particular, the pasta presentation appeared somewhat careless and could benefit from a more thoughtful arrangement. The steak plating could also be improved by pre-cutting the meat and presenting the T-bone as a centerpiece to enhance visual appeal. Ambience: While the space is clean and well kept, it feels somewhat like a blank canvas, as though something is missing. The overall atmosphere could be greatly enhanced with added design elements, such as a ceiling feature or artwork (i.e royal chateau ceiling art), complemented by chandeliers to create a more inviting and sophisticated setting.
